Agent Upload Issues:
Error:
EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet..
Solution:
Step 1. Please go to the Agent Home/bin and execute the commands:
emctl stop agent
Step 2 . Please go to the folder Agent Home/sysman/emd/upload
delete every thing in this folder.
Step 3. Please go to the folder Agent Home/sysman/emd/state
delete every thing in this folder
Step 4. Please go to the folder Agent Home/sysman/emd/collection
delete every thing in this folder
Step 5. Please go to the folder Agent Home/sysman/emd/
delete following files.
I . lastupld.xml
II. agntstmp.txt
III.blackout.xml
Step 6. Please go to the foler Agent Home/bin
execute follwoing commands respectively:
I. emctl clearstate agent
II. emctl start agent
III. emctl reload agent
VI. emctl upload agent
Error:
'emctl upload agent' fails with:
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 5 Grid Control 10.2.0.5.0.

Steps
To solve the issue you have to perform following from grid console

+ Login to 10.2.0.5 Grid Console as sysman user

+ Navigate to Setup -> Agents -> Click on problematic Agent name

+ In Agent home page click on "Resycnhronize" Button on right hand top of the page.
Choose the 'Unblock Agent' option and click Continue

Ensure that the Agent is up and running when attempting the Resynchronization.

Once the re-sycnchronization is completed successfully, the Agent should be able to communicate with the OMS.
